HIFERI-POGI is a professional organization that brings together graduates of reproductive endocrinology and fertility as ordinary, young, extraordinary and honorary members, and is part of the POGI organization, which has autonomous rights from the Indonesian Obstetrics and Gynecology Association (POGI). HIFERI-POGI was established in Manado, on July 8 2006 for an unspecified period of time. The central organization of HIFERI-POGI is domiciled in Jakarta, the capital of the Republic of Indonesia, while the Chairman and Members of the Executive Board of HIFERI-POGI can be domiciled outside Jakarta.

In order to update and improve knowledge and skills for clinicians and academics in the field of reproductive health, HIFERI-POGI holds Periodic Scientific Meetings which is a periodic scientific activity which is held regularly every two years. PIB HIFERI IX 2024 with a big theme, namely “Diverse Knowledge and Innovation in Reproductive Medicine for a Sustainable Future”. This event will be held at the Padma Hotel Semarang on 22 – 25 August 2024.
